Become a Member
The Association for World Education is a volunteer-run global organization with minimal overhead that offers rich learning and networking opportunities several times a year for participants from across the world. We work actively as a international NGO with Consultative Status with the United Nations’ Department of Global Communication (DGC) and we engage actively in the United Nations’ programming for NGOs. Nearly all of our online workshops and educational sessions are free to all as we believe that lifelong learning opportunities to be accessible to all in an equitable manner.
Members pay an annual fee that supports the minimal operating costs (mostly for outreach, publications, online learning platforms, web-costs, subsidizing in-person council meeting costs, etc). Membership fees vary based on the region or country a member represents as we follow the United Nations’ structure of low-income, medium-income and high-income countries. Our membership fee structure is as follows -
